You’ll also benefit from the ability to offer all available electronic filing products and our incentives that we have for your customers. Most importantly, using Empire Financial Solutions Software will give you access to 24-hour customer support with NO extensive hold times.
Many factors contribute to the amount of money a business earns. Our aim is to provide you with a business that is profitable in your first tax season. Factors that make this possible are location visibility, marketing, well-trained employees and pricing. With these factors in place, you can easily achieve AT LEAST $20,000 in your first tax season.
Yes. Empire Financial Solutions Tax Software can convert tax data from most of the major software applications if you are using the desktop version. We are currently in process of applying this tool to the online version of our software. We hope to have this available before the current tax season.

Empire Financial Solutions Tax Software does charge a service bureau fee which will be taken directly from your client’s tax refund; however, the amount of the fee will be at YOUR discretion. As your Service Bureau, we will constantly provide you with up-to-date software, 1-to-1 support staff, and assist with building your business.
A Service Bureau fee can be up to $99 depending on the level of service and incentives that you choose to provide your customer such as our tablet marketing program. Also, a portion of this service bureau fee can be refunded back to you as the ERO at the end of the tax season as a bonus to your office. Contact us for more details.

Your money is automatically direct deposited into your account directly. We do not filter your money.
Empire Financial Solutions Tax Software allows you to select from a variety of different banking partners such as TPG, Refund Advantage, Refundo, Republic Bank & Trust Company and River City Bank.
We offer a variety of FREE online training tools with return walk-throughs and questionnaire. Pre-recorded walk-throughs are available online as well. Additionally, we offer one-on-one training for a discounted price.
An EFIN is a six-digit Electronic Filing Identification Number that allows you to file tax returns electronically to the IRS.
The IRS requires you create an e-services account, complete the online application, and mail in a fingerprint card. After the approval process, which could take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks, the IRS will issue you your EFIN. To begin the process, one of our representatives will gladly assist you with beginning the application. If you are unable to obtain an EFIN, one can also be supplied for you or you can call the IRS e-file hotline directly at (866) 255-0654.
